Rather than text-based presentations and the dull graphics associated with most computer-based training and e-learning, our SISTEM™ products present concepts in a fresh appealing style with vibrant colors and animations. A friendly on-screen narrator introduces and presents the training competencies in each lessons.

Our interactive system incorporates simple remote controls with color-code buttons; each issued to a specific student for whom all interactions are automatically tracked by our training managment system. An on-screen trainer aske participants questions and tests retention throughout each 10 - 15 minute training module, assuring active, documented perticipation from all learners. In addition, the system allows many students to be trained at one time, directly analogous to an instructor-led class.

Finaly, our SISTEM™ products incorporate a powerful and flexible integrated training administration system that facilitates the development of individual or group learning plans tailored to specific employee populations, automatically documents learner progress, and even provides the opportunity to schedule and track non-Alchemy training of any decription, whether computer-based or not.
